Defective Product: Will be replaced within 15 days of sale. It is necessary to obtain a return authorization number from Digital Scales Galore before returning any merchandise. Digital Scales Galore will issue instructions for return of defective merchandise. Replacements will not be issued until defective unit is returned. Digital Scales Galore will ship replacement at no additional cost.
Non Defective Returns: Only product in new condition and in original decorative packaging will be accepted for credit or exchange. All returns must be pre-authorized and a return auhorization number will be assigned and you will be notified of shipping address. Customer pays freight and a 15% restocking fee. Credit cards are not credited until product is received back and inspected.
Shipping Damaged Product: Will be replaced as soon as shipping claim is resolved. Contact customer service to initiate damage claim. Digital Scales Galore will ship replacement at no additional cost.
